Overview

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and open-minded Business Analyst specializing in Treasury and Transaction Reporting for our client in the financial sector in the Greater Baden area.

In Short

• Analyze and structure business requirements and derive concepts and user stories.
• Act as a bridge between business and IT to ensure precise and understandable implementation of requirements.
• Responsible for user-centered solutions through detailed examination and optimization.

Requirements

• Experience in business analysis or requirements engineering, combined with analytical and methodical working style.
• Completed higher education in business, finance, computer science, or comparable professional experience with further education.
• Solid knowledge in the financial environment (products, processes, regulations) with a focus on Treasury and Transaction Reporting.
• High IT affinity and ability to communicate complex issues understandably and capture user needs precisely.
• Very good language skills in German or English (C1) and at least B1 in the other language.
