SAP HR IT Consultant - APAC and Global Integration Support - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR IT Consultant to oversee and enhance our SAP HCM operations in the APAC region. This role will serve as a critical link between HR business units and IT, ensuring that our systems and processes align with both local and global requirements.

In Short

• Oversee HR IT regional platforms including SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.
• Support HR IT Global integration topics and Master Data Management solutions.
• Act as a Technology Expert for HR end-to-end Business processes.
• Drive innovations and improve existing HR technologies.
• Provide expert level consulting to internal customers at a Regional level.
• Contribute to the development of new strategies and technologies.
• Coordinate HR IT providers and monitor performance.
• Manage and lead team in SAP UX/UI implementation.
• Utilize knowledge in SAP Human Capital Management applications.
• Ensure optimization of HR-IT technical landscape and data flows.

Requirements

• Masters Degree or Bachelor in Information & Communication Technology.
• 5 - 10 years of IT or Industry working experience.
• Thorough knowledge of HR IT platforms, especially SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
• Project management skills with minimum 5 years relevant SAP project experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• High customer-orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Intercultural sensitivity and experience in international teams.
• Open to travel up to 10%, including business trips abroad.
