Mechanical Application Engineer - BLDC - Remote

Overview

The Mechanical Application Engineer - BLDC will be responsible for developing HCU/components, creating design documents, and acting as a technical interface between suppliers and the company.

In Short

• Develop HCU/components and customerized parts according to OEM requirements.
• Create design documents including drawings and specifications.
• Review component drawings and specifications to support localization.
• Explain technical problems to suppliers during production and sourcing.
• Review supplier test reports and act as a technical interface.
• Plan and order prototypes for testing.
• Participate in IPT meetings as a mechanical engineer.
• Prepare system release documents.
• Support product industrialization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in automobile or mechanical engineering.
• Knowledge of automobile structure, brake systems, and EBS System.
• At least 3 years of experience in BLDC motor development.
• Knowledge of MCAD, especially Catia V5.
