Overview

The HR Specialist will be responsible for recruitment and selection processes, collaborating with HR Business Partners to identify and attract suitable candidates for various positions.

• Specific selection of required profiles with HR Business Partner
• Creating job applications with target group-specific wording
• Conducting recruiting activities and selecting sourcing channels
• Preselecting incoming applications for completeness and quality
• Collecting missing documents from candidates
• Setting up a shortlist of candidates
• Executing telephone and job interviews
• Organizing and executing assessment centers
• Participating in recruiting events
• Cooperating in employer branding projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources or similar
• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruiting
• Knowledge of recruiting processes and ATS tools
• Proficiency in MS Office programs
• Advanced English (not mandatory)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Assertiveness and problem-solving ability
