Overview

The HR Recruiting Intern will assist in sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and enhancing recruitment strategies while gaining valuable experience in human resources.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8.
• Available to work at least 20 hours per week.
• Able to commute to Fairlawn HQ 3 days/week.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
