Overview

The Foreign Trade Officer will perform various tasks related to compliance and data management within Continental, focusing on sanctioned party list screening, reporting, and communication with suppliers.

In Short

• Perform sanctioned party list screening of business partners.
• Verify and update Intrastat reports for arrivals and dispatches.
• Collect data for internal and external analyses.
• Manage communications with suppliers and internal customers.
• Support in reviewing and updating working instruction documentation.
• Run queries in SAP.
• Request and verify supplier/client Long Time declarations.
• Upload information in ERP systems or SharePoint.
• Ensure compliance with internal regulations.
• Contribute to a multi-cultural and international environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of work experience.
• Knowledge of SAP or any Procurement ERP System is a plus.
• Experience in a business environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
