Overview

The Customer Service Engineer is the initial quality interface into the relevant customer plants who has to be a valued / trusted contact person to the customers and is seen as a transparent facilitator between CT OESL and the assigned customer plant quality organizations.

In Short

  • Responsible for initial customer contact and processing of 0-km issues.
  • Focus on supporting segments/plants regarding sorting actions.
  • Pre-analysis of return parts during the launch phase.
  • Minimize costs and quality issues.
  • Knowledge of quality requirements and tools for assigned customers.
  • Technical know-how of CT OESL products.
  • Experience in problem-solving techniques.
  • Fluent in English and native language of assigned customer plants.
  • Willingness to travel on short notice.
  • Available to answer calls during off hours.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of IATF requirements.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Planning and organizational skills.
  • Solid experience in supervising remote teams.
