Overview

The Customer Logistics Specialist is responsible for ensuring the order acceptance, complete order processing, and delivery to international customers, while providing outstanding customer service to improve satisfaction and relationships.

In Short

• Monitor order entry and create orders.
• Coordinate special freights and delivery dates.
• Create and submit standardized documents.
• Process customer inquiries via email and phone.
• Ensure efficient communication with forwarders and warehouses.
• Handle claims and returns processing.
• Document claims in SAP modules.
• Coordinate supplier claims and stock clearance.
• Manage e-sign processes for credit/debit notes.
• Provide analysis on claims and errors.

Requirements

• Completed studies or commercial training.
• At least 1 year of experience in SCM/Customer Service.
• Experience with international customers.
• Fluent in English.
