Overview

The Business System Owner for LMS and Talent Management is responsible for system ownership, governance, and project management related to learning and talent management solutions within the organization.

In Short

• Act as system/process owner for LMS and Talent Management modules.
• Configure and maintain system setup in platforms like Workday or Oracle HCM Fusion.
• Establish governance, compliance, and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors for system integrations and troubleshooting.
• Lead system implementation projects from scoping to go-live.
• Create project plans and manage timelines and resources.
• Oversee user acceptance testing and training materials.
• Continuously enhance learning and talent processes through system improvements.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives within the LMS/Talent ecosystem.
• Ensure data handling is accurate, secure, and compliant.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in system ownership or configuration of HR platforms.
• Deep knowledge of Learning & Talent Management processes.
• Experience managing HR system implementations or upgrades.
• Strong skills in business process design and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with system configuration tools and reporting.
• Proficient in user role management and UAT.
