Associate IT Consultant - Service Desk (German Speaking) - Remote

Overview

The Associate IT Consultant is responsible for managing IT-related issues, access requests, and continuous improvement of service desk operations, while providing support in both English and German.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields.
• 3 years of experience in IT support or service desk roles.
• Knowledge of IT systems such as Active Directory and Office 365.
• Experience with ITIL Framework.
• Effective communication skills in English and German.
• Ability to work with diverse teams.
• Quality orientation and problem-solving skills.
