Overview

The Associate IT Consultant - Service Desk is responsible for managing IT-related incidents and requests, ensuring timely resolution and access provisioning, while contributing to continuous improvement and participating in IT projects.

  • Manage incident and request handling for IT issues.
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of escalated requests.
  • Review and manage IT access requests.
  • Monitor high severity incidents until resolution.
  • Assist in knowledge management for service desk operations.
  • Participate in IT projects as required.

  • Communicate effectively in English and German.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant IT experience are welcome.
  • Experience in service desk or IT support roles is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of ITIL Framework and customer service principles.
  • Technical proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, and SAP.
  • ITIL Foundations certification is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in English and German.
  • Ability to work with diverse teams and cultures.
  • Effective problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the IT field.
