Overview

The eDiscovery Technical Advisor will support legal accounts by providing expertise in electronic discovery processes, ensuring compliance and quality in the handling of electronic evidence.

In Short

  • Full-time position with executive-level responsibilities.
  • Expertise in identifying, preserving, and processing electronic evidence.
  • Collaboration with litigation teams to develop discovery plans.
  • Use of electronic discovery software applications.
  • Training and support for agency personnel on eDiscovery processes.
  • Adherence to policies and technical procedures for electronic discovery.
  • Documenting electronic discovery plans for individual cases.
  • Facilitating legal hold requests.
  • Must obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.

Requirements

  • 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience.
  • 3 years of experience on major litigation support projects.
  • 2 years of experience with Relativity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment.
  • Familiarity with eDiscovery services across the EDRM.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience; JD preferred.
