eDiscovery Technician - Remote

Overview

The eDiscovery Technician will support the legal organization within a large Federal agency, utilizing cutting-edge technology to address government challenges.

In Short

• Log productions in the eDiscovery Tracking System.
• Analyze cover letters and determine if they qualify for loading into Relativity.
• Obtain passwords for encrypted media from producing parties.
• Virus scan productions using multiple software tools.
• Copy clean productions to the Agency's network.
• Follow protocols for handling various document types.
• Monitor incoming productions via email and FTP site.
• Coordinate off-site scanning for large paper productions.
• Ensure data completeness and readiness for loading.
• Communicate issues to the Litigation Support Specialist.

Requirements

• Three years of eDiscovery technical experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of information resources.
• Excellent analytical capabilities.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Experience with Government software policies preferred.
• Client-facing communication experience is a plus.
