• Perform regular inspections on MVAC, plumbing, drainage, lift, fire services, and electrical systems.
• Maintain records of incidents of malfunction.
• Report faults to Facility Manager and arrange necessary repairs.
• Complete maintenance tasks according to the maintenance plan.
• Attend and monitor contractor works assigned by Facility Manager.
• Ensure safety precautions are followed at all times.
• Conduct other technical tasks as assigned.
• Work on-site in Hong Kong.
