Senior eDiscovery Technician - Remote

Overview

CGS is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Technician to join our team supporting the legal organization within a large Federal agency.

In Short

• Log the production in the Agency's eDiscovery Tracking System.
• Digest cover letters and provide brief descriptions of productions.
• Obtain passwords for encrypted media from producing parties.
• Determine if cover letters contain substantive information for loading into Relativity.
• Virus scan productions off-network using multiple antivirus tools.
• Follow protocol to address issues with productions or reject them.
• Copy productions to the Agency's network once deemed clean.
• Analyze productions for completeness and required processing.
• Monitor incoming productions via email and FTP.
• Coordinate off-site scanning for large productions.

Requirements

• Three years of eDiscovery technical experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of information resources.
• Excellent analytical capabilities.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Experience managing multiple tasks.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Experience with Government software policies and procedures is a plus.
