Senior Technician - Remote

Overview

The Senior Technician at 3M is responsible for managing the operations of the PENG department, ensuring the maintenance and safety of electrical systems and equipment.

In Short

• Manage daily maintenance of public facilities and equipment.
• Develop equipment maintenance and safety analysis plans.
• Participate in EHS training to ensure safety policy compliance.
• Collect and organize equipment operation data and fault records.
• Assist in managing auxiliary and environmental protection equipment.
• Ensure spare parts inventory meets production requirements.
• Meet health, safety, and environmental requirements in daily production work.
• Participate in 5S and related work in designated areas.
• Ensure compliance and safety of special equipment in the area.
• Contribute to energy conservation and management in the area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or higher.
• Familiar with electrical principles and PLC control principles.
• High and low voltage electrical operation certification preferred.
• Knowledge of film slitting machines or automated warehouse equipment.
• Good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Basic English reading and writing ability.
• Computer operation skills.
• Ability to work overtime and in shifts as required.
• Willingness to learn new tasks proactively.
• Compliance with national laws and regulations for special operations.
