Agile Coach - Remote

Overview

CGS is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic team member to act as an Agile Coach within our team supporting a large federal agency. The ideal candidate should embody an Agile mindset and be passionate about empowering an Agile culture through experience coaching, guiding, and supporting executives, managers, product owners, Scrum Masters, and others.

In Short

• Oversee Agile transformation for multiple teams.
• Facilitate workshops on Agile and Lean principles.
• Lead Agile Training for government stakeholders.
• Assist teams with sprint planning and implementation.
• Provide coaching to teams needing process refinement.
• Mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners.
• Set up team boards and workflow automation.
• Assess team performance and Agile maturity.
• Facilitate cross-team planning and grooming sessions.
• Embed an Agile culture using various methodologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of practical Agile experience.
• Strong understanding of Agile concepts, especially SAFe.
• Experience as an organizational change agent.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Agile coaching experience required.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps tools and techniques.
• Experience with PI Planning and Agile Release Trains.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Agile certifications preferred.
• Secure coding knowledge a plus.
