As Administrative Director to the Founder and CEO of Constructor Group, you will operate at the center of a dynamic, global ecosystem spanning Germany, Turkey, and Bulgaria. This position is designed for an experienced professional with 15+ years of proven excellence in executive operations, project leadership, or private office management — someone who combines operational precision, strategic judgment, and the stamina to lead in a constantly changing, high-performance environment.

In Short

  • Lead and manage a team of Executive Assistants and supporting personnel.
  • Ensure flawless coordination across the CEO’s professional and personal ecosystem.
  • Oversee calendar and scheduling management for 120–150 activities weekly.
  • Implement efficient systems for task tracking and prioritization.
  • Coordinate communication between the CEO’s office and stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information securely.
  • Drive continuous improvement in workflows and team collaboration.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively solve issues to prevent disruptions.
  • Manage high-stakes projects with precision and confidentiality.
  • Fluent in English, with additional languages as an advantage.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in executive operations or office management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
  • High digital literacy, including MS Outlook and productivity tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proactive and decisive with a strategic mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on execution excellence.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
