Overview

The Customer Success Enablement Manager at Consensus will play a vital role in driving the success of our Customer Success team by equipping them with the necessary knowledge, skills, and resources to enhance customer relationships and retention.

In Short

  • Develop and implement the Customer Success Enablement strategy.
  • Design onboarding training programs for Customer Success Managers.
  • Deliver ongoing training for new processes and product launches.
  • Measure training outcomes and report results to executives.
  • Create on-demand learning modules using WorkRamp.
  • Manage the customer success content library.
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement for cross-departmental training.
  • Participate in leadership meetings to capture feedback.
  • Facilitate trainings and build coaching materials.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching as needed.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Enablement or Customer Success.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems.
  • Strong program management skills.
  • Proven relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to develop structured plans and measurable metrics.
  • Data analytics proficiency.
  • Strategic problem-solving skills.
