Overview

The Sales Support Officer will provide outstanding customer service and sales support to customers and the sales team, focusing on Microsoft licensing and renewals.

In Short

  • Provide customer service and sales support to clients and sales team.
  • Manage sales calls and provide product support.
  • Oversee and execute indirect CSP renewals for Microsoft products.
  • Engage in upselling and cross-selling licenses.
  • Maintain product knowledge across key vendors.
  • Assist with client inquiries related to licensing.
  • Generate quotes and manage margin with existing business.
  • Build relationships with internal sales teams and clients.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft licensing models is desirable.
  • Work from home position.

Requirements

  • Experience in Managed Service Provider or related field.
  • Strong Excel skills and supervisory experience.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • High attention to detail and commercial acumen.
  • Aptitude for sales and teamwork.
  • Previous inside sales experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years experience in quoting or customer experience is a plus.
  • Experience with commercial contracts and sales support.
