Overview

The HR and Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to senior management while managing HR administrative tasks and onboarding processes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant/HR role.
  • Proficiency in Employment Hero or similar HRIS platform.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with payroll coordination and timesheet management.
  • Ability to manage high-level correspondence with discretion.
  • Familiarity with HR compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
