Booking Representative - 3 Months Contract - Remote

Overview

This is a 3-month contract position for a Booking Representative, with the possibility of extension, working from home in the Philippines.

In Short

• 3-month contract with possible extension.
• Schedule: Monday – Friday (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT).
• Handle booking inquiries via email and phone.
• Experience in customer service is required.
• Involves both inbound and outbound calling.

• Update job notes and capture relevant information.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
• Exposure to inbound and outbound calling.
• Experience in the property market or maintenance services industry.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with CRM tools.
