Overview

The Administrative Assistant will support the Directors with various administrative and operational tasks while working from home.

In Short

  • Full-time position with a salary range of P35,000-P40,000 monthly.
  • Work from home opportunity.
  • Monday to Friday schedule from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM AEST.
  • 2-3 years of experience as an Admin Assistant/Executive Assistant required.
  • Company secretarial experience is a plus.
  • High level of computer literacy, especially in Microsoft products and Xero.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Responsibilities include calendar management, data entry, and invoicing.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience as an Admin Assistant/Executive Assistant.
  • Company Secretarial Experience.
  • High level of computer literacy including Microsoft products and Xero.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Experience with Calendar Management, Data Entry, and Invoicing.
  • Knowledge of IT products applicable to the role.
