Overview

The Purchasing Administrator will manage customer orders, supplier back orders, and inventory reports while ensuring efficient procurement practices.

In Short

  • Manage order placements and documentation
  • Handle supplier back orders and updates
  • Generate inventory and stock reports
  • Maintain supplier price adjustments
  • Work Monday to Friday from 06:00 AM to 03:00 PM PHT
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams
  • Utilize MS Office for reporting and documentation
  • Support E-commerce purchasing operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Purchasing Administration
  • Strong understanding of sourcing and procurement
  • Experience in the E-commerce industry
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.)
  • Customer support experience preferred
