Overview

The Technical Support Specialist position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with a variety of clients and have a strong desire to stay current with industry trends and technologies.

In Short

  • Respond to support requests and resolve support tickets.
  • Provide technical expertise in IT infrastructure and network administration.
  • Administer and maintain computer systems and network infrastructure.
  • Configure, install, and troubleshoot hardware components.
  • Manage and deploy networking equipment.
  • Monitor client systems and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Plan and execute system upgrades and migrations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding project status.
  • Create and update documentation for projects and procedures.
  • Manage internal and external IT projects.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of IT related experience.
  • Proven ability to setup and troubleshoot computing hardware.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration.
  • General networking and network administration experience.
  • Knowledge of Windows PowerShell or scripting.
  • Exceptional client service skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and passionate about technology.
  • Certifications like MCSE, MCSA, CCNA are a plus.
  • Managed Services Provider experience is a plus.
