In Short

• Drive pricing strategy across product, engineering, finance, and sales teams.
• Build compelling offers leveraging pricing & packaging best practices.
• Oversee billing platform foundations to support pricing and monetization.
• Collaborate on Product GTM initiatives for product and solution launches.
• Craft compelling messaging connecting technical products to customer pain points.
• Build financial projections to inform financial planning.
• Gather insights & assess impact through presentations and interactions.
• Support deal strategy and maintain documentation related to pricing.
• Collaborate on competitive benchmarking for new product launches.
• Manage and lead a team of ~4-5 PMs.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of product management experience, focusing on pricing and monetization.
• Deep understanding of pricing & packaging best practices and tooling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strategic thinking.
• Experience in enterprise software or SaaS industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; technical degree preferred.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong ownership mindset for ambiguous problems.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team.
