• Lead the Production discipline across the game team, refining and setting the operational strategy for project execution.
• Guide, mentor, and support Production Leads, ensuring team focus and success.
• Define Jira and project tracking standards for consistency and transparency.
• Establish regular reporting on sprint and milestone metrics.
• Translate product vision into structured, feasible development plans.
• Drive clarity around ownership and deliverables across teams.
• Monitor milestone health and team capacity.
• Foster a collaborative production culture across departments.
• Champion high standards of project management discipline.
• Represent Production leadership in executive updates.
