In Short

• Architect, implement, and maintain AAA quality gameplay and AI animations.
• Ensure high quality character assets are utilized effectively.
• Deliver high quality animation performances for AI systems.
• Break down features and assess dependencies.
• Collaborate with production and narrative teams for project scheduling.
• Write production quality C/C++ for systems and tools.
• Analyze problem-solving approaches and tradeoffs.
• Maintain documentation for features and workflows.

Requirements

• Experience working in Unreal Engine.
• Strong understanding of 3Cs for crafting systems.
• Knowledge of cinematic and narrative presentation tools.
• Proven skill in animation from DCC to final pixels.
• Solid knowledge of C++.
• Strong math skills.
• Appreciation of narrative in interactive experiences.
• Understanding of impactful narrative presentation principles.
• (Bonus) Experience as a Narrative Realization specialist in AAA games.
• (Bonus) Understanding of Unreal Engine Blueprints and related tools.
