In Short

• Architect, implement, and maintain AAA quality gameplay animations.
• Break down features, build plans, and assess dependencies.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams.
• Write production quality C/C++ code.
• Analyze different approaches to solve problems.
• Document features, tools, and workflows.
• Own features and systems driving holistic solutions.
• Proven skill in shepherding animation from DCC to final pixels.
• Strong understanding of 3Cs for game design.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a remote environment.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of 3Cs.
• Proven skill in animation quality retention.
• Solid knowledge of C++.
• Strong math skills.
• Experience as a 3Cs architect in AAA games (bonus).
• Comprehensive understanding of Unreal Engine (bonus).
