Commercial Operations Project Delivery Proposal Manager - Remote

Overview

This role plays a critical part in driving regional growth in the delivery of software solutions for a business that develops, implements & provides high-tech software solutions for the electric, utility, and public service & telecom industries.

In Short

• Contribute to Proposals team to ensure that work is assessed, planned, and estimated appropriately.
• Provide support to the bid team in preparation of tenders.
• Liaise with technical and project delivery teams for project delivery costs.
• Engage 3rd party delivery partners for proposals.
• Promote quality awareness and continuous improvements.
• Develop tools for estimating standard WBS tasks.
• Write and present technical proposals to customers.
• Participate in Customer negotiations from technical and commercial perspectives.
• Review negotiated Customer SOWs for compliance.
• Institute feedback loop to measure estimated vs delivered.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 5 years of technical software implementation experience.
• Tendering and/or grant writing experience preferred.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
• Must be willing to travel ~20%.
• Must be willing to work remotely or from an office in Fairfield, CA or Dallas, TX.
