Customer Service Representative (French) - Remote

Overview

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for scheduling service calls, creating service tickets, and acting as a liaison between clients and field technicians while providing excellent customer service.

• Schedule service calls to field service technicians based on priority.
• Create service tickets and route them to service agencies.
• Act as a liaison between clients and field technicians.
• Respond to service order requests via phone and email.
• Fulfill additional requirements set by Senior Management.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

Requirements

• Dispatch and/or Call Center experience preferred.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Ability to prioritize and communicate effectively.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously.
• Flexibility to adjust to changes within the company.
• Proficient in French.
