Enterprise Customer Success Manager - Remote

Overview

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at CompScience, you will support our largest MGA, Wholesalers and SaaS customers by ensuring an optimal customer journey. This position is critical to ensuring our high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or related field required.
• 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles.
• Experience leading customers in 1M+ ARR range.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data.
• Experience working across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Ability to travel (5-10%).
