Overview

COMPLY is seeking an experienced, polished, and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team and take our highly rated customer support services to the next level. You will work with Technical Support and Product Teams to advocate for clients’ needs and manage their expectations.

In Short

  • Respond efficiently to L1 customer inquiries.
  • Review and interpret data, identifying discrepancies.
  • Prioritize customer support cases in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage support case details in our tracking system.
  • Collaborate with L2 and L3 Support teams.
  • Handle chat, phone, and email cases simultaneously.
  • Provide exceptional customer support.
  • Potential for advancement within the organization.

Requirements

  • Open to work 4AM-12PM (GMT) Monday through Friday.
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 0-3 years of experience.
  • Open to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Major in Accounting, Finance, or Economics is a plus.
  • Fluent in Mandarin is a plus.
  • Excellent customer-facing communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Previous experience in a high-volume call environment is a plus.
