Overview

As a Scale Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in building programs and content that support and nurture thousands of COMPLY customers, contributing to a best-in-class customer experience and fostering growth within the organization.

In Short

  • Define, develop, and deliver content and programs for customer adoption.
  • Test and iterate on content program ideas based on business outcomes.
  • Identify trends in customer challenges and suggest solutions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to leverage customer successes.
  • Identify risks to customer retention and implement strategies.
  • Use Totango to monitor customer usage and health indicators.
  • Understand and enhance the customer experience across their journey.
  • Find opportunities to implement scalable customer value programs.
  • Engage with customers at critical points for adoption support.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role for a software company.
  • Experience with CX or analytics platforms.
  • Proficient in Slack and Microsoft Product Suite.
  • Comfortable with various software tools including CRM and email marketing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze customer data to influence decisions.
  • Understanding of the financial services industry.
