Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Education, or Learning & Development.
  • Experience in project management and developing training materials.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Empathy and strong communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with innovative ideas.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
