Requirements

• Strong command of ATS platforms and job posting tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for engagement and negotiation.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
• Full professional fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Understanding of European & U.S. graphics codes is essential.
• Experience in a design agency or design recruitment firm is essential.
