Technical Recruiter - Remote

Overview

We are currently looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in India. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for end-to-end hiring, Job offer Processing, records, and documentation, managing the onboarding process, and database management.

In Short

• Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Handle positions from entry-level to senior-level.
• Sourcing candidates using databases, ATS, LinkedIn, etc.
• Filter and screen candidates for open positions.
• Conduct initial interviews via phone and video.
• Process job offers and manage onboarding.
• Provide analytical recruiting reports.
• Build candidate relationships during selection.
• Extensive experience in IT and high-volume hiring.
• Act as a point of contact for candidates.

Requirements

• Proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of recruitment practices and procedures.
• 2 - 4 years of IT recruitment experience.
• Experience in scaling up quickly.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Must have a suitable laptop/desktop.
