1840 & Company is seeking a skilled WordPress Developer to join our team in Negeria, with deep experience in Elementor, on-page SEO optimization, and performance tuning to build and maintain our websites using the Elementor site builder.

In Short

• Build and maintain WordPress sites using Elementor based on provided Photoshop or Figma designs.
• Optimize site performance for Google PageSpeed Insights.
• Implement image compression, lazy loading, and next-gen format optimization.
• Improve Core Web Vitals metrics.
• Configure and manage WP Rocket caching and CDN settings.
• Implement All-in-One SEO plugin configurations.
• Create and manage dynamic templates using Advanced Custom Fields (ACF).
• Integrate with HubSpot forms and automation tools.
• Maintain clean, scalable code and handle regular updates.
• Work within a Cloudways staging environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of WordPress development experience.
• Proven expertise in Elementor Pro and responsive layout building.
• Strong understanding of SEO technical optimization techniques.
• Experience with Google PageSpeed or similar tools.
• Proficient with WP Rocket, ACF, and All-in-One SEO plugin.
• Solid grasp of HTML, CSS, JS, and front-end development principles.
• Experience integrating with HubSpot and CRM tools.
• Familiarity with Cloudways hosting.
• Meticulous attention to design details.
