Overview

The Bilingual Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist will provide vocational rehabilitation to eligible members of the Canadian Armed Forces, managing a rehabilitation case load and developing return to work strategies.

Requirements

• Related University degree, preferably in Health Sciences.
• 5+ years of vocational rehabilitation experience.
• Knowledge of Rehabilitation Industry Standards.
• Experience managing budgets.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license required for travel.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict management skills.
