Overview

Our Rehabilitation Department is looking for a self-motivated individual to join their team as a Rehabilitation Specialist, primarily supporting the national rehabilitation team from the Montreal office.

In Short

• Develop and implement functional rehabilitation strategies for claimants.
• Facilitate timely return to work for disability claimants.
• Work with policyholders to create return to work solutions.
• Manage budgets effectively.
• Communicate with policyholders, members, and medical professionals.
• Ensure effective vendor management for claimant treatments.
• Multi-task and prioritize large and complex caseloads.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools for documentation and reporting.
• Travel to various locations as required.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in functional rehabilitation.
• Knowledge of Rehabilitation Industry Standards and Disability Insurance.
• Bilingual in French and English.
• Valid driver's license and car for travel.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict management skills.
• Ability to make impactful decisions.
