Overview

As a Rehabilitation Specialist at Desjardins, you will support members and employers in facilitating a smooth return to work after illness or injury, designing proactive rehabilitation strategies and collaborating with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a health-related field.
  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience.
  • Expert proficiency in English.
  • Advanced knowledge of rehabilitation principles.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to drive results and manage relationships.
