• Lead and develop a high-performing team of SaaS Renewal Specialists.
• Coach team members on effective renewal strategies and negotiation.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams for upsell opportunities.
• Analyze renewal trends and implement practices to prevent churn.
• Develop data-driven strategies to improve customer retention.
• Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Champion a customer-centric approach to renewals.
• Proactively address customer concerns through effective communication.
• Manage and forecast the renewal pipeline for accurate revenue projections.
• Work in a remote/hybrid environment with monthly office visits.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software and/or SaaS selling experience.
• Energetic self-starter with a consultative sales approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Results-driven with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Enjoys selling in a team environment with accurate forecasting responsibilities.
