Overview

The Data Manager will serve as a strategic insights partner across Community Boost’s media, creative, and client service teams, transforming complex cross-channel data into actionable insights for nonprofit clients.

• Build and maintain advanced reporting dashboards.

Requirements

• 5+ years in digital marketing analytics, preferably in agency or nonprofit.
• Expertise with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and major ad platform analytics tools.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools and spreadsheet modeling.
• Experience with nonprofit KPIs and donor metrics.
• Ability to translate data into strategic insights.
• Understanding of attribution models and conversion measurement.
• Comfort with large datasets and advanced analysis.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Entrepreneurial mindset for building systems and improving processes.
• Familiarity with CRM or fundraising platforms is a plus.
