The Head of Client Finance leads Community Boost’s financial strategy across client accounts, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and profitability in a fast‑paced digital advertising environment serving nonprofit organizations.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of finance experience in advertising or digital agency.
• Strong understanding of agency labor models and staffing allocations.
• Experience with accounting and HRIS systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Ability to partner with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills for non-finance stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
