Overview

The Head of Finance will lead the company’s financial operations, ensuring compliance with Spanish and international standards while providing strategic financial insights.

In Short

Oversee accounting, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Lead financial statement consolidation and coordinate external audits.
Manage end-to-end treasury operations including cash flow and liquidity planning.
Review commercial contracts and collaborate with legal and HR advisors.
Provide strategic financial insights to leadership.
Drive continuous improvement across the financial stack.

Requirements

Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s is a plus.
5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Spanish GAAP and financial consolidation.
Experience with contract review and Spanish labor compliance.
Proficiency in managing financial stack tools.
Fluency in Spanish and English.
