Overview

The Data Manager leads the organization-wide data strategy, managing 350’s data reporting tools and CRM while supporting the creation of organizational KPIs and measurement frameworks, maintaining data quality, privacy, and security.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data strategy leadership.
• Exceptional communication and culture-building skills.
• Hands-on experience with data warehousing, BI, and CRM systems.
• Experience with BigQuery and Metabase.
• Proficient in Salesforce management.
• Strong SQL query writing skills.
• Project management experience in data integration.
• Knowledge of statistical concepts and data privacy best practices.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience in budget management for data platforms.
