The Regional Director of Private Events Sales will oversee the strategic growth, operational excellence, and client satisfaction across multiple private club properties.

In Short

  • Develop and execute regional private events sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate private events sales and event teams across multiple properties.
  • Manage all operational aspects of private events, ensuring high-quality delivery for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity for growth opportunities.
  • Partner with club leadership to optimize resources and enhance the overall private events experience.
  • Ensure all events comply with budget and service standards.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance metrics.
  • Assist in pre-opening due diligence and the launch of new sites.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in private events sales and operations.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel regularly and work flexible hours.
