Overview

WWC Global is seeking a Total Force Fitness (TFF) System for Tracking and Recording Innovative Vital Efforts (STRIVE) Subject Matter Expert III to support the Defense Health Agency on a part-time contract.

In Short

• Support program management consulting services aligned with OUSD(P&R) strategic goals.
• Optimize readiness, resilience, and human performance of Service members and families.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate data calls on prevention efforts.
• Analyze data and develop findings reports.
• Research best practices related to readiness and human performance.
• Develop leadership briefs and SITREPs as needed.
• Support design and development using Human Centered Design principles.
• Measure experiences and attitudes of the military community.
• Support strategic communications and outreach planning.
• Assist in writing and coordination for stakeholder reports.

Requirements

• Experience in program management and consulting.
• Knowledge of military/DoD operations and human performance optimization.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent communication and writing abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Familiarity with Human Centered Design and User Experience best practices.
• Ability to travel 10-20% of the time.
• Ability to work in a moderate to loud office environment.
