In Short

  • Fully remote position from Spain or Poland.
  • Resolve customer queries via calls, live chat, and email.
  • Take ownership of customer cases until full resolution.
  • Communicate with other teams to solve customer problems efficiently.
  • Approve customer withdrawals and process KYC documentation.
  • Run daily security checks on customer accounts and transactions.
  • Achieve personal KPIs to support departmental SLAs.
  • Provide insights into customer feedback to improve systems and processes.
  • Participate in ad hoc tasks as required by management.
  • Fluent in any Scandinavian language is required.

Requirements

  • Fluent knowledge in any Scandinavian languages.
  • Interest in sports and casino.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to adapt to shift work.
  • Customer service experience is a plus.
  • Able to multitask effectively.
