In Short

• Monitor player behavior to identify risky activities.
• Engage with at-risk players via email and phone.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide guidance.
• Collaborate with teams on RG-related queries.
• Assist in preparing RG reports for regulatory compliance.
• Enhance RG processes and policies.
• Support continuous improvement in responsible gaming practices.
• Work within a hybrid model, with remote work flexibility.
• Participate in RG-related projects.
• Provide empathetic support to players.

Requirements

• Fluent in a Scandinavian, Nordic, Danish, or Dutch language.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• 1 year experience in iGaming, with 6 months in a customer-facing role.
• Experience analyzing player data for risk warnings.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks in iGaming.
• Interest in gambling psychology.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Flexible thinking.
